so i recently watched Roman Holiday and fell in love with this lovely icon:

i know that’s only one of the brilliant movies she has acted in, but i’m planning on watching more, so bear with me :) but i have decided to put together a few of her most relatable movie lines, here goes

 when some close-minded fool starts arguing with you and you’re trying to be reasonable but they’re just condemning people right left and centre and you’re starting to blow up inside but you want to show them what a calm, collected person looks like even though they are so rude and opinionated and i just hate people like that, y’know?

 like, we’ve all felt this before, right?

 when you’re supposed to be having job interview but you hide away in your closet instead

 while reading an amazing book (just not the Hunger Games, ‘cause...just no)

 when you’re getting really philosophical with your best friend
